Jollof and company is a Nigerian food truck specializing in delicious and authentic  Nigerian cuisine and most importantly sharing these dishes with our local community. . The term Jollof stems from a popular west african rice dish that is cooked in pepper based sauce with traditional herbs and spices and most of all - love. Jollof rice is a staple dish across West Africa and has been a point of debate between several West African countries as to where it originated and which country makes the best jollof. In fact Jollof rice is such a conversation starter that friendly ‘Jollof wars’ have been had between several countries to see who makes the best Jollof.

Its not just about food alone but the experience. Everyone who walks up to our truck has a story to tell, an experience to be shared. Yes jollof brings them to the yard but the company  keeps them.
